This is a quick screening call — not a design appointment. If I’m not the right person for your project, I’ll tell you that straight away.

We’ll cover:

  • your location + house type

  • what you want to achieve (comfort, damp, noise, energy use, layout, etc.)

  • a realistic budget band + timescale

  • the most sensible next step

If it’s a fit: next step is an on-site Retrofit Diagnostic (£200) and a written plan within 48 hours (risks, options, ballpark costs).
