Small rear extension to a house in Stormont area of Belfast. Site wasn’t particularly lending for the project being overshadowed by existing garage from the South and facing busy road at the back. While from the street appearance harmonises with existing dwelling, the garden elevation is striking modern features and look.

The project compromised Retention Planning Application for the photographic studio in centre of Comber. Nature of the project: conversion of existing shed to a photographic studio and demolition of other sheds on the site to create convenient space for parking cars.
