Existing beauty room was converted into a dwelling (house). Change of use on this project required a Planning Application. Planning Permission was granted in a smooth process. Due to internal layout changes Building Control Application was required as well. After submitting amended drawings to Building Control Authority in response to fairly standard conditions the Building Control Approval was secured.
